About The Author

              The Author of Harriet’s SAS Blog is and eleven year old girl in 6th grade. She loves to write. Ever since she was six years old she has been very passionate about helping the world. Harriet used to roam the streets handing out flyers, email officials from zoos, sell cupcakes to raise money for charity, go to fundraising events for caring for Cambodia, and go to the zoo early in the morning to inform the visitors about the habitat of Orangutans, and go on and on about Palm oil plantations. When she was nine years old, she used to pick up the trash from the football field left behind at her brother’s auskick. Back when she was in first grade, she became interested in writing when she had to write a daily holiday journal over her exciting holidays in Italy, France and Hong Kong. Whatever time it is in the day, if Harriet has an idea she quickly types it in to notes on her phone. When Harriet is not writing she can often be found hanging out with her friends and family. From her constantly travelling dad, and her kind, loving mom, to her lego loving brother, Harriet has a very supportive family. For now Harriet lives in Singapore experiencing an amazing education at Singapore American School. Someday you may see her as a very successful woman helping others who are less fortunate than her.
